Our Solution:  Raise the roof!  And that is exactly what Rod Gilbert, Principal of Sid Kumins, Inc. is currently doing to a 50’s style ranch house in an upscale near-Boston, MA. neighborhood.

A real estate investor found the perfect lot in a perfect residential area that met all his requirements but one--the amount of living space within the home.  He called in Sid Kumins, Inc. to the rescue.  Kumins, with over forty years experience in residential construction and renovation, developed a construction plan that would remove the roof and add an entire second floor to this residence.
